In one line: one item, in local storage, written only after you answer the card about it.

That is the entire list. This register sets no cookie at all. There is no advertising identifier, no analytics identifier, no session identifier, and nothing that could recognize the same reader on another site.
Why the card behaves the way it does
The card sits in the ordinary flow of the page, immediately above the footer, with the same punched edge as the catalogue cards. It does not float, does not cover the text, and does not have to be answered before anything can be read. Answering it makes the page shorter.
Nothing is withheld from a reader who never answers it, and nothing is written to the browser until the answer is given.
Answering keep writes the one item so the card stops appearing. Answering do not keep it attempts the same thing, and if a browser refuses, in a private window for instance, the card simply appears again next time and nothing breaks.
The second row, honestly
The fare lookup hands a query to a booking service running on a subdomain of this domain. That service is a separate operation with its own notice, and once a reader submits a search it may set its own storage there.
Rowan Logbook LLC does not set it, cannot read it, and cannot delete it on a reader's behalf. It is in the table so that nobody discovers it later and concludes this page was incomplete. A reader who never touches the lookup never meets it.
Turning it off
Any browser can refuse storage for one site, and doing so here costs a reader nothing except the card reappearing. Clearing site data removes the item at once. There is no setting to change on this site, because there is nothing to opt out of beyond the one row above.
What this page does not claim
It does not describe the booking service's storage, only discloses that the service sets its own. It does not claim a browser will always honor a request to write or clear an item, because browsers and private modes differ.
If this page is wrong
If this register ever adds a second item of its own, the table gains a row, the date at the top changes, and corrections says so.
